Mrs.Garcia-
I had such a great time making my math mobiles and my slam game!!
At first I thought that I would make a house as my slam board, but then I realized that the tree would be easier and more creative.
My mobile was also simple because I had a wonderful class mate help me!
(Sandi). I still think I could of made my shapes bigger though.I had a lot of fun with these projects.

Chessa-- Don't you just love being creative with homework assignments?
By the way, I do have some piks of you playing your slam game, and one with you and your beautiful mobile. I'll post them later this week when I get back to school.

See you all soon!
(It's terrific to be able to type because my voice isn't working right now-- a very strange situation for a teacher!)

Elina-- Aren't those fun! We made mobiles for a math homework assignment. Students had to include at least 5 different polygons and describe their shapes. They really did turn out great. Plus we all got to see how creative we ALL can be!

Take care,
Ms. G.

Thanks Chessa! I missed you and everyone else in our class too.

Hopefully this coming week our whole class will be in TOP form--no more sickness!

I will be watching the football game as well. I'm torn about who to cheer for so I will probably just sit back and enjoy the fun of watching the game.

See you later,
Ms. G
